Egg muffins

Egg Muffins: Saute spinach, onions, bell peppers and garlic. Spray muffin pan, add vegetables. Beat 12 eggs with 2 T water together. Pour over veges, fill all cups. Bake for 20 minutes. (1 R, 1 G)
