Chicken & sweet peppers

Lunch does not need to be complicated. But it still should be tasty!


Here we have grilled chicken, Greek yogurt ranch & sweet peppers.

I’ve filled my red (3/4 cup) ALMOST all the way with chicken. I left a little room for the amount of ranch I want and then filled a green (1&1/4 cup) with sweet peppers.

Amazing, DELISH and it doesn’t even need to be heated. It can also be neatly stored for meal prep.
