5 tips to up your water intake game

 
 1) Fill your coffee cup with water twice & drink it BEFORE you get your coffee. Earn that coffee!

2) Drink at least 8 ounces before each meal/snack. 

3) Drink it room temperature or warmer. Although there are purported benefits to drinking ice water, it’s easier to chug down if it’s room temperature. It also helps better with digestion. 

4) Rinse your shaker cup/coffee cup/whatever cup you use immediately upon finishing and fill w/ water then drink.  

5) Everytime you think you’re hungry outside of meal times, have at least 8 ounces of water and wait 30 minutes before having an unplanned snack.
