Chicken salad pita

Chicken salad pita is one of my favorites!  It’s easy and light and it packs well.

Hopefully you’ve precooked or grilled some chicken. Mix together two red containers of chicken, add 2 tbs greek yogurt, 2tbs onion, 2 tbs celery, add sea salt, pepper, garlic powder and mix. Divide in half, store separately in fridge. Add into 1/2 pita when ready to eat. (1 red, 1/2 green, 1 yellow)
