Eggs & veges for breakfast

There are many ways to get your protein & veges in early in your day. If I’m in charge, that’s going to involve eggs and spinach most likely. Here are some variations.

Use your olive oil spray to saute garlic & veges. Add in eggs your favorite way and some toast or oatmeal. I almost always add hot sauce.

Eggs, spinach, tomatoes & mushrooms. ❤️💚

Eggs, spinach, jalapeños & tomatoes. ❤️💚
