Oatmeal berry muffins

Oatmeal Bery muffins are quick, portable and yummy. Excuse the old muffin pan in the picture. 💛➗💜


Oatmeal muffins: Mix 1 egg, 1 mashed banana, 1 cup applesauce and 1/2 cup
honey together. Add in 2.5 cups rolled oats, 1 tbs cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt and mix. Add in 1 cup water. Divide into 12 baking cups, top with berries. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.

Note: I add chocolate chips for my kids and they eat them up!!

***UPDATED SIMPLER RECIPE***

2 eggs
1 banana
1/4 cup raw honey
3 cups oatmeal
1 & 3/4 cup water
Berries on top!

Cook for 20-25 minutes at 350. I pop them in the microwave for like 45 seconds and viola!!
