Salmon patties

Salmon patties & steamed broccoli with Greek yogurt ranch is a quick but hearty weeknight meal. ❤️💚💚💛

To make them, mix up salmon (thawed filets or canned-two filets or two reds), minced onions & jalapeños (one green), oatmeal (one yellow), an egg, red pepper, sea salt & pepper!

Press into patties with a fork into a hot, oiled skillet. Cook until browned and flip. It’s very fragile without a lot of breading so the skillet needs to be hot and it needs to be set before you flip!

Divide in half and serve. One portion, On their own the patties equals ❤️➗💚💛.
