Chili

  I love chili! It’s hearty! It’s easy! It’s healthy!
Now that I’ve been doing this for a while it’s pretty simple but you want to make sure to follow your recipes and use your containers for measuring until we hit our goals! Add a dollop of plain Greek yogurt on top to replace sour cream or even a blue of cheese if you have room!
Dumped chopped onions, jalapeños, garlic & beef in there with a bit of olive oil. Then added beans, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin & oregano, salt & pepper.
