It’s Friday night!! In our house that means pizza movie night!!! Woohoo!
Now I’m not saying you should never have regular pizza again. I’m saying I want you to stay strict with your fix until you meet your goals. Then let’s work back in the “cheats.”
Here is a way to do in between. It’s a whole wheat pita, sautéed mushrooms (you can sauté whichever Veges you like), tomatoes, no sugar added marinara (I make my own) black olives (10 sliced) and one blue of cheese. I also add crushed red pepper because hot = flavor to me. Lol.
