Meal prep tip!

Meal prep tip: Carrots edition. 
Carrots & nut butter are a great snack. Fat & raw veggies = good combo. But!

▪️Don’t buy baby carrots. Robbed of nutrition. They’re also more expensive. 

▪️Get whole carrots. Organic if you can. ▪️Wash but don’t peel. Keep a little wet to keep crispy. 

▪️Slice into own carrot sticks. 

▪️Store in meal prep containers but add the nut butter the day of otherwise it will harden. Boo.
