What is PIYO? It’s yoga and Pilates for hyper people!
PIYO is a group fitness class that combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
If you’d like to try it out, join me Mondays at 4:30 p.m. and Tuesdays at 10 a.m. at the Pullum Family YMCA in Navarre, Florida. I also teach during the summer at Navarre Beach near Tower 3 at 8 a.m. on Saturdays!
