Are you getting in your own way of your own success? That’s called self-blocking.
Calendar blocking is a way to see what’s going on and see what you’re really doing with your time.
So many times we put other things in front of the things we legitimately need to prioritize. The struggle is real. We want it all, but there’s just not enough time.
And yet, we see these other women seeming to have it all. A great career, happy families and they even (rudely) manage to fit into the clothes in their closets. How?
The secret is not that they have more time. You and I know we all only get 24 hours in a day.
The secret is that they have found pockets in their day for themselves. The truth is filling your own cup helps you be better at all the other things required of you, it helps you serve others and meet all the needs demanded of you. That’s also called self-blocking.
You’ve heard the flight attendant say on the plane that you have to put your own oxygen mask on before you can take care of others. It’s true in all aspects of life. You can try to go running on empty but it’s not sustainable. Sooner or later your health (mental, physical or both) will come calling.
I would love to help you find time in your schedule, to really look it over with you and help you find time for you. Because a woman who take care of themselves takes really good care of others. And the world where women are fully empowered and impassioned to take care of those they are called to care for is my vision. The ripple effect of helping one woman at a time conquer her own issues and level up her life is what SETS MY SOUL ON FIRE.
So, let me help you. The barrier of time is something I encounter all the time with clients. It’s an issue and we all need to solve it because it’s not okay.

Now, I realize not everyone is going to sign up with a time management expert (you really should, everyone needs a coach at some point! Even Olympians have them). I’ve created a free resource so every woman can help themselves in this area.
