My favorite way to train is through small group personal training. That’s when I do personal training for a group of 8 women or less. That way we add in the sense of community while still getting an amazing, customized and personally-coached workout!
Currently, I conduct these fitness classes at the YMCA only. This training is for every fitness level. We will work hard for one hour and you will leave having earned your protein shake/lunch!
My style is to be loud, super enthusiastic and to encourage you. If that’s something you’re looking for in a trainer, I’m your gal.
I also conduct 1-on-1 personal training at the YMCA. Many times, this is where folks need to start or it’s the best option for busy schedules!
Finally, I coach running and swimming clubs. I have a very specific way of coaching beginner running and it has NOTHING to do with how fast you are. We switch over to swimming during the summer because it’s hot and your body can use the break from impact.
